Prattville, AL-  Evans will be on the ballot for Prattville City Council District 5 on next Tuesday.  Evans says that he wants to make a difference by making Prattville a better place to live.

Evans plans to start making improvements in public safety. He wants to give more incentives to first responders to include the police and fire departments.
