MONTGOMERY — The Montgomery Police Department is conducting a Homicide Investigation following the deaths of William Lee, 30, of Montgomery and Emanuel Harmon Jr., 30, of Montgomery.
On Friday, July 29, 2022, at about 7:25 p.m., MPD and Fire Medics responded to the 400 block of S. Jackson Street after receiving a report of a subject shot. Lee and Harmon Jr. were found to have sustained life-threatening gunshot wounds and were transported to a local hospital where Lee was pronounced deceased. On Saturday, July 30, 2022, Harmon Jr. was also pronounced deceased.
The circumstances surrounding this shooting remain under investigation. No additional information is available for release in connection to this continuing investigation.
