In 2007, Bozeman established Kayla’s Event Rentals as an expression of love to his daughter Kayla Alexis Bozeman who passed away at the age of five months. “Through Kayla’s Event Rentals, we strive to continue to allow families and friends to experience the very same things that Kayla brought to our lives love, laughter, happiness, and joy.”
Bozeman first started the company as a home-based inflatable rental business. As time progressed Bozeman decided to put the business on hold because economic conditions had become unfavorable. It was only two years ago that Bozeman decided to secure a location and rebrand the company by specializing in weddings and events. “Things have been going pretty decent since” he said. “This is something that we should have been doing from the start.”
Now, Kayla’s Event Rentals is a full-service event equipment rental company. Their packages include tents rentals, table and chair rentals, in-outdoor theatre rentals, audio and visual equipment, linens, and more.
As an entrepreneur, Bozeman says that he enjoys the freedom to maneuver and explore ideas without having to answer to someone in authority. He also has time to spend with his family.
