Greenville, AL- Kenneth Crum proudly announces his candidacy for the 2020 election for Mayor of the City of Greenville. The Kenneth Crum for Mayor Campaign platform centers around youth empowerment and education, small business development, and public service programs to improve and progress the city. Crum is dedicated to engaging with, advocating for, and serving the people of Greenville. If elected, he will make history as the city’s first Black mayor.
While owning and operating B&N Travels, LLC, a thriving travel agency he started in 2009, Crum is also a founding member of the Butler County Concerned Citizens, a community outreach and advocacy organization which started in 2015. In his work with BCCC, Crum has planned and hosted community events, spearheaded social initiatives, and advocated strongly for voter registration and voter rights restoration in Alabama.
Election day is Tuesday, August 25, 2020. Amid COVID-19 concerns, registered voters are encouraged to apply for and cast absentee ballots.
