Ivy Foundation presents scholarships at inaugural gala

Prattville, AL- On December 7, 2019, The Ivy Foundation of Montgomery, Inc. hosted its inaugural Pink Snowflake Gala at the Montgomery Marriott Prattville Hotel & Conference Center at Capitol Hill. The night was filled with elegance and prestige as people gathered to celebrate a joyous occasion and partake in the holiday season. Over 300 were in attendance.

“We work to provide scholarships to our youth who have been accepted for admission by an accredited college or university” said Board Chairman Dawn Ellis- Murray as she was giving the occasion. “We want them to be successful.”

Scholarships were presented to two students. Miss Hope Smith received the Jefferson Davis High School Alumni Scholarship for $1,000 and Master Casey Moss received the Thad McClammy Academic Endowment for $500.

The date for next year’s Pink Snowflake Gala is December 5, 2020.
